What are you looking for in a potential disciple?
That was one of the questions Tim Elmore (the Habitude dude) answered during the Q&A time with our campus missionaries during our Every Nation Campus Ministries leadership summit a couple of days ago.
Here’s Tim’s answer:
Q: What do you look for in a potential disciple?
A: I’m looking for someone who demonstrates “faith.”
F = faithfulness
A = availability
I = initiative
T = teachable
H = hunger
I don’t usually do the Baptist preacher acrostic thing, but this one was a pretty good description of what makes a good disciple.
