A few weeks ago, we gathered our regional directors and other leaders in London for a week of practical, hands-on equipping. But before getting into practical training, we spent time praying.
In Ephesians 6, Paul teaches that the spiritual and practical are inseparable. In fact, the spiritual comes before the practical. We need good strategies and clear plans, but they must be rooted in prayer and dependence on God.
As spiritual leaders, may we remember the spiritual reality behind the practical work of ministry.
