For both us and the people we lead, waiting is not often easy. But when God calls us to wait, it doesn’t mean his love for us has waned—it’s because he is forming something greater in us and out of our circumstances.
As spiritual leaders, we must remember to wait on the Lord in faith. May you and those you lead grow strong as you wait for God to fulfill his purpose.
