Moses was more than a great leader. Many say he was a G.O.A.T. leader (G.O.A.T. = Greatest of All Time). Even great leaders sometimes lead in ways that are not so great.
Fortunately, Moses had an older man in his life (Jethro) who was willing to point out one area of his leadership that needed an upgrade.
Because he was a great leader, Moses humbly listened and made the recommended changes.
May God bless all spiritual leaders with wise older leaders who graciously speak truth in love and with humble hearts to listen and change.
